The Ultimate Brotherhood Experience
The Burns Leadership Institute, the Fraternity's award-winning leadership program, is designed to reflect the qualities and characteristics of the man for whom the Institute is named. Ralph F. Burns, Ohio Wesleyan '32, was a man who embodied our five values: Silence, Charity, Purity, Honor, and Patriotism.

His example has set the bar for future generations. The Institute is an intense three day experience. In our Society groups, you will have the opportunity to discover your strengths, challenge yourself, and meet men you would be proud to call a Brother. In addition, these small groups allow brothers to challenge one another, recognize different perspectives, and/or offer different opinions.

This year's Institute will take place at these locations:

YMCA Camp Carson - Princeton, Indiana
YMCA Camp Storer - Jackson, Michigan
YMCA Wilson Center - Bellefontaine, Ohio
YMCA Camp Hanes - King, North Carolina
YMCA South Mountain - Wernersville, Pennsylvania
