Role of Grand Senior President
The Grand Senior President shall preside at all annual and special meetings of the Fraternity and all meetings of the Grand Council and at all Grand Chapters or Grand Chapters of the Fraternity during his term of office. At such times as the Grand Council may direct, and during periods of vacancy of the office of Chief Executive Officer, the Grand Senior President shall be the principal executive officer of the Fraternity, and shall supervise and direct all of the business and affairs of the Fraternity. He shall preside at all annual and special meetings of the Fraternity and all meetings of the Grand Council and at all Grand Chapters of the Fraternity during his term of office.
