In 2006, the Fraternity adopted new communication standards to be used by Fraternity Headquarters, Chapters, and Affiliate Organizations (i.e. Associations, Chapter Councils, and House Corporations).  Use the member’s name, followed by the abbreviated college or university name, followed by an apostrophe and the last two digits of the initiation year.  Do not use the chapter’s Greek name.

Correct:    
Steve Latour, Central Michigan ’04

Incorrect:
Steve Latour, Delta Rho ’04
Steve Latour, Delta Rho
Steve Latour, ΔΡ ‘04
Steve Latour, CMU ’04
Steve Latour ’04
