The good news is that Alpha Sigma Phi is growing at a record pace. We have more members, chapters and colonies then at any point in our history – 91 to date. And there are no plans to slow down! That’s where alumni come in. Because we need them to help keep up the momentum.
The Fraternity is currently looking for men to serve in the role of Grand Chapter Advisor at the following chapters/colonies:
- Binghamton, SUNY (Epsilon Nu Chapter)
- Cameron University, Oklahoma (Colony)
- San Francisco State University (Colony)
- University of North Carolina - Asheville (Colony)
- University of Massachusetts (Colony) - Restart of Gamma Chapter
- Westminster (Alpha Nu Chapter)
With this growth, there comes an increased need for caring alumni to lend a few hours a month to mentor and support an undergraduate brother. So we’re asking each of our brothers to look into their list of commitments and find just a small piece of time to contribute. You can even do it at a distance via email or telephone.
If you are reading this, obviously, Alpha Sigma Phi made an impact on your life. Will you make the commitment to spend a little of your time helping to make the same strong positive impact in the life of a younger brother?
You don’t have to be the main advisor. You can choose to advise a specific officer in the chapter via email and phone, and involving only a few hours a month. So even if you live 500 miles from the chapter, with technology, you can still make a difference!
Won’t you give just a few hours to make a meaningful difference in the vitality of our fraternity? Email Denis Beaudoin today to learn more or volunteer at
