This is your opportunity to come together as Undergraduate members and raise money for a cause that is personal to you - The Fraternity. Help the organization reach its goal of $10,000 donated from Undergraduate Members towards the 2011 Founders Day Campaign.

Deadline
Chapters and Colonies participating in this challenge need to submit their donations by Friday, December 16, 2011 to be eligible for the drawing.

The Big Idea
You and all of the members in your chapter or colony each donate $18.45 to Alpha Sigma Phi. If 100% of your chapter or colony donates then your chapter or colony will be entered into a drawing. The winning chapter or colony will receive up to 20 paid Grand Chapter 2012 Registrations (a $4,000 value). These registration would first go towards the new members that you recruited this fall, and then towards other members in your chapter or colony.

Collecting Donations
The week of November 14th, your chapter and colony President will be sent a letter from Fraternity Headquarters along with collection envelopes to pass out at your next meeting. You can collect donations one of two ways:

• Chapter/Colony Donation: Some chapters believe in the cause, want to support Alpha Sigma Phi and are going to write a check on behalf of their chapter or colony. Just review the total amount listed on the letter you recieve from Fraternity Headquarters, make your check payable to Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation and send it in by December 16th.
• Individual Donation: Each member in the chapter or colony donates $18.45 either online or sends a check to Fraternity Headquarters. Individual collection envelopes will also be supplied in the mailing that is sent to the President the week of November 14th, each man can complete an envelope and they can all be returned to Fraternity Headquarters.

Number of Members
How do you know how many members are being counted? We're going to use the number of members currently in the Officer Portal as of November 8, 2011. The number of men who need to donate $18.45 or amount that needs to be donated will be included in the packet that you receive from Fraternity Headquarters the week of November 14th. The Drawing
The drawing will occur during a meal at the 2012 Academy of Leadership in Indianapolis, January 13-15. The winning chapter or colony will learn who will receive the 20 paid registrations and will be able to take the news back to their group that weekend.
