Are children welcome at Grand Chapter events?
Children are more than welcome to attend all meals and events. We would discourage children from attending the business meeting and educational sessions however. Highchairs are available upon request through the Fraternity's onsite office. If you would like for your child to attend, please contact Fraternity Headquarters to obtain the special pricing.

In case of an emergency – Who should I call?
Please contact the Director of Grand Chapter and Elevate, Steve Latour, by cell phone at 317-362-5655. If you have a travel-related update or general questions prior to Grand Chapter, please contact Steve Latour.

Where are Fraternity Headquarters Staff located at the hotel?
The Fraternity Headquarters office will be open in the hotel (Room TBD) from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day – Wednesday through Saturday. If the door is closed, use a house phone to page a staff member to the room.

Do the guest rooms at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg have Internet access?
Yes, all guest rooms have Wi-Fi Internet access, but there is a charge. Review the information in your hotel room before you subscribe to Wi-Fi service. There are also computers for your use in the hotel lobby with free Internet access and printers, where you can print your airline boarding pass.

What kind of transportation accomodations will be provided for guests who need transportation to and from events?
Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. If you look at the transporation page, there are some recommended vendors that you can use to get to and from the O'Hare Airport. Parking is free at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg.
