The Ultimate Recruitment Challenge is another way to incorporate incentives in recruitment and create a competitive culture among chapters and colonies. Each chapter/colony has been broken up into one of four divisions and is going head-to-head against another school (comparable in institution size/ past recruitment numbers, and/or geographical area) to earn the title of the Ultimate Recruitment Champion! Here’s how the Challenge works:

Each chapter/colony can get points in two different ways.

1. When a new member completes a Biographical Data Form via the Fraternity's Officer Portal
2. When a new member is fully initiated and is registered on the Initiation Notification Form via the Fraternity's Officer Portal

2011 Fall Competition

• Points awarded from August 1 - December 15
• Winning team will not pay the Chapter Assessment due January 2012
• Winning team will receive recognition at Academy of Leadership in January and in future fraternity publications 

2012 Spring Competition

• Points awarded from January 1 - May 15
• Winning team will not pay the Chapter Assessment due January 2013
• Winning team will receive recognition at Grand Chapter 2012 in Chicago and in future fraternity publications
