Event Submission Form

We would like to hear from you. Please take a minute to share an upcoming activity, reunion, or LIVESTRONG event. Your event submission will be added to the Fraternity's Calendar and posted on the world wide web. The calendar is intended to announce events that are open to alumni, parents, undergraduates, or the general public. The Fraternity will not post events or activities that are not broad in scope (i.e., chapter/association/house corporation meetings, campus events and activities, individual events or activities, etc.)

Each submission will receive an email stating whether or not the calendar submission was approved or denied. Please allow 4-5 business days for your calendar submission to be reviewed and posted to the Fraternity’s website. Please provide as much information as possible. Your submission will not be edited, so submit something that is "newsletter" ready.

Category Descriptions

We have six categories to choose from; here is a basic description of each category, so that you can select the correct category.

Alumni Events (i.e., Homecoming, Sig Bust, Anniversary, Reunion, Golf Outing, Chapter Fundraiser, etc.)

Fraternity Events (i.e., National Deadlines, National Events – Burns Institute, Grand Chapter, etc.)

LIVESTRONG Events (Any event held by undergraduates or alumni to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation)

Parent Events (i.e., Parents Weekends, Open House, Mom Event, Dad Event, Picnic, etc.)

Ritual Events (i.e., Initiation Ceremony, Pledge Ceremony, Black Lantern Processional, Memorial Service, etc.)

Undergraduate Events (i.e., Formals, Philanthropy, Signature Events, etc.)
